Tis the season that we gather feathers and we are making NEW fans. We are offering two new Smudge Kits with our bestest Fan ever.

Earlier this season we gathered a bunch of wings from local hunters who were harvesting the meat but would have discarded the wings. We selected the best of them and dehydrated and wrapped them with moose leather. We have put together our two most popular Smudge Kits to go perfectly with this large fan. The fan is made from the Pinion section of the wing…..between the elbow and end of the wing. (did you know it was called the pinion? lol)

Smudge Kit 1) Includes a linen bag of white sage, a large abalone shell and a leather wrapped goose wing, which all comes in a large linen bag that has a tie to keep everything safe inside.

Smudge Kit 2) Includes all the traditional Four Medicines, linen bags of Semah, Cedar, White Sage, a braid of Sweetgrass and a large Abalone Shell with a leather wrapped goose wing.

** Feather fans can only be shipped within Canada.

The item I got surpassed my expectations. The gasp I gasped when I opened the box and removed the paper! This is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and it was a pleasure to engage with the staff via email when I had questions. I will treasure this piece and be returning for more!

The custom painted horse in the spirit of my wife's late horse brings her joy every time she uses it. It's going on over a year old with heavy use and it looks as perfect as the day I unwrapped it from being shipped.

I buy all the hide and fur I use for making moccasins from Tribal Spirit. The quality is amazing, and the variety is much appreciated. I also really love the traditional medicines they have available. There is often a kind note in the delivery - handwritten telling you that they sent a little extra. 🥺 As a customer, I feel a connection with this store - from the descriptions they create to describe a colour of hide, to the small batch herbal remedies, to the very fast response and kind you’ll receive if you have a question. 10 stars.
